Operations Manager, Business Analyst, Program / Project Manager
The Lockheed Martin Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program Planning and Documentation Department seeks an Integrated Program Planner to join our Program/Advanced Planning Team located on Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor in Silverdale, Washington.
Duties- Partner with program and senior management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
- Provide time‑phased critical‑path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develop recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
- Track, monitor, and status all commitments.
- Prepare planning artifacts for solicitation response.
- Interface with program management, senior management, and the customer.
- Ensure program, cost, and schedule integration between all schedules and program artifacts.
- Design modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and perform schedule risk assessments.
- Utilize performance and health metric analyses to drive actions that improve program performance.
- Assist with data analysis, special projects, and other duties as required by program needs.
- Strong relationship‑management skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to create professional presentations quickly and creatively.
- Capability to take ownership of ambiguous situations.
- Critical thinking skills to anticipate planning factors and roadblocks.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Well‑organized and detail‑oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Project (or other project‑management software).
- Successful performance in a team environment.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance with an Interim Secret clearance obtained prior to start.
- Previous experience in a business unit within the Fleet Ballistic Missile program.
- 4‑year degree or certification in Business, Technical, or Project Management field.
- Active security clearance.
- Experience creating and managing light/medium‑weight Integrated Master Schedules.
- Ability to prioritize and execute work in an ambiguous environment.
- Self‑starter who drives action to closure.
- Excellent communicator who initiates dialogue.
- Positive attitude and flexibility managing multiple priorities.
- High level of attention to detail and organization.
This position requires a government security clearance. A U.S. citizen is required.
Salary and BenefitsSalary range: $63,800 – $112,470 (varies by location).

Location and TravelOn‑site Full‑time at Naval Base Kitsap‑Bangor, Silverdale, Washington. Travel may be required up to approximately 10% of the time.
Relocation and ScheduleRelocation is possible. Schedule for this position: 9x80 with every other Friday off.
