Lids - 10315 Silverdale Way Northwest - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present;
Schedule staffing and staff associates for unexpected peaks when the Store Manager is absent;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience by executing selling strategies to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional service
