About the Role
We’re looking for a Production Operator to join our Night Shift team. This full‑time role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, working with a range of equipment to keep production running safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organised bakery environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Setting up, operating and cleaning production machinery and equipment
- Handling food products with care and precision
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Completing required production documentation
- Supporting the wider team where needed
- Ability to lift up to 25kg regularly throughout your shift
- Comfortable lifting items above shoulder height
- Able to work in hot or cold environments
- Experience in production or manufacturing (food industry experience is a bonus)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
- Good numeracy, reading, and writing skills
- A team‑focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with food safety systems such as HACCP (desirable)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining quality

- Monday to Friday, 21:00 pm to 05:30 am
- Five‑day operation
