Assignment Details:
- 13-week travel assignment
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
Patient Ratios:
- RN: 1:4–1:5
- CNA support available (1:9 ratio)

RequirementsRequirements:
- Active RN license (WA or Compact License required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care clinical experience
- Experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to care for patients with diagnoses including CHF, Diabetes, UTI, Hypertension, COPD, Sepsis, Isolation cases, End-of-Life/Palliative Care, Post-Operative General Surgery, and patients awaiting placement
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Ability to titrate Heparin and Cardizem drips (up to 10 mg/hr)
- Experience working with CPAP and BiPAP patients
- Comfortable floating to other units as needed
- Experience with EPIC charting preferred
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Deliver patient and family education
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
