- CHF, COPD, HTN, diabetes, UTI
- Non‑critical sepsis and isolation patients
- Post‑op general surgery patients
- Palliative/end‑of‑life and placement‑awaiting patients
- Med‑Surg patient assessment and care planning
- Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Management of Heparin and Cardizem drips (limited titration)
- CPAP/BiPAP patient support
- Documentation, patient education, and interdisciplinary coordination
- Floating to other units as needed
- WA RN license or Compact license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience
- Comfort with telemetry and basic drip management
- 2‑shift unit orientation
- No specific scrub color requirement
- Supportive staffing model with telemetry techs and CNAs
- Manager phone interview required
Best fit:
Med‑Surg/Telemetry RN with at least 1 year of acute care experience who is comfortable with telemetry monitoring, basic drip titration, and caring for a mixed medical/post‑surgical population in a moderate‑acuity overflow unit.
