Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU / Special Care Nursery | 13-Week Contract
Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) with Level II NICU experience to provide specialized care for neonatal patients in a Special Care Nursery. The RN will care for premature and medically fragile newborns, assist with high- and low-risk deliveries, stabilize newborns, provide postpartum couplet care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality neonatal care. Schedule- 13-week assignment
- 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- No call required
- May float to Mother/Baby as needed

RequirementsRequirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of Level II NICU experience (1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments)
- Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
- Experience attending both high- and low-risk deliveries
- Experience stabilizing and transitioning newborns
- Competency in postpartum couplet care, including maternal and well-newborn care (preferred but NICU candidates with strong delivery experience will be considered)
- Experience with:
- Bubble CPAP
- High-flow oxygen therapy
- Mechanical ventilators
- TPN and lipid infusions
- Tube feedings
