Cascadia Senior Living - 11353 Clear Creek Road Northwest - Responsibilities:
Administer and/or assist with medications by oral, rectal, or topical means in accordance with physician orders and nursing practices;
Maintain accurate records of medications and treatments on each residents clinical record;
Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the Director of Nursing Services;
Communicate with physician, pharmacy, and family to ensure medications are received in a timely manner;
Assist with or perform ADLs and provide direct resident care while promoting dignity and independence
