- Position: Registered Nurse
- Emergency Room (ER) - Shift: Day Shift
- Schedule: 3x12
- Experience
Required:
2 Years - Weekly Pay: $2100 to $2290
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies
- Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on patient acuity
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status
- Assist physicians during trauma cases, emergency procedures, and resuscitations
- Operate and monitor emergency medical equipment, including cardiac monitors and defibrillators
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, laboratory personnel, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Active Washington RN License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
- PALS Certification preferred
- TNCC Certification preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills
- Experience caring for trauma, cardiac, stroke, pediatric, and critically ill patients
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to remain calm and make sound clinical decisions in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
