You will work within a team nursing model, coordinating with physicians, ED techs, social workers and other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have strong assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, with WA RN licensure and ED or CC experience or completion of the ED residency
