As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. • Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Sales‑driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Puts the guest first, coaches associates to connect with guests, builds brand loyalty

• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system
• Physical ability to climb, reach, bend, lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand and work on floor for extended periods (80% or more of shift)
