Join us as our next Customer Service Clerk here in Silverdale, WA at the Navy Exchange Service Command.

• Proactively engage, connect and listen to customers by asking questions to determine their needs.
• Assist customers in opening Star Card accounts, provide applications, basic program information, and answer questions regarding account balances, credit limits, etc. Accept Star Card payments.
• Provide refunds, merchandise exchanges, and price adjustments in accordance with Navy Exchange policy.
• Greet and provide specialized services to customers; perform transactions quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

• Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
• Must pass a pre‑employment criminal background check.
• One year of responsible experience in clerical office or retail sales store work, demonstrating the ability to perform satisfactorily in the role.

One year of responsible experience in a clerical office or retail sales store work of any kind, demonstrating the ability to perform satisfactorily in the position to be filled.

Study completed in a college, university, or junior college above the high school level may be substituted on the basis of one‑half academic year of study for six months of experience.
