Job Description
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and helping them find and purchase products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to deliver a great experience, support garment refill and care, and help maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. You will work closely with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities- Welcome and guide customers through the store, including the Omni experience when available.
- Engage customers in conversation and provide relevant product knowledge, trends, and stories.
- Promote and sell products, driving sales targets together with store management.
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives.
- Represent the H&M brand positively during all interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and competitors.
- Share service, fashion, and operational knowledge with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in the store.
- Give and receive feedback to learn and develop with peers.
- Participate in onboarding and training sessions for ongoing development.
- Complete garment cycle from unpacking to steaming, ensuring garment care.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas following best practice.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
- Present attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories per visual and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure adequate stock levels with replenishment routines.
- Support in-store Omni services and technology tools such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store.
- Assist with opening and closing the store.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements.
- Passionate about fashion and dedicated to creating a great in‑store experience.
- Motivated, communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or service‑related environment.
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or similar industries.
