The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As a Core Staff Associate, you ll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans.

Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people s loves.

• Deliver a world-class customer experience and help achieve sales goals.
• Provide product knowledge and inspire customers to engage with the brand.
• Cross-train across store functions and support leadership by mentoring new team members.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
• Support the store team and fans with dependable, consistent scheduling.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated results-oriented selling with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care in interactions.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage audiences effectively.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; willing to work up to 30 hours per week with peak weeks up to 21 hours.
• Consistent schedule with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week preferred.

WA hourly range: $17.13 – $18.25, commensurate with experience.
