The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan, delivering world‑class customer experiences, surpassing sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans. Flexible Sales Associates work during peak hours to support store operations and help customers style jewellery.

* Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or special events.

• Results‑oriented selling experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable scheduling from 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak season.
• Reliable support for high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.

Washington: $17.13 per hour – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
