- Identify, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory via cold‑calling, partner‑selling, lead‑generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques
- Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets
- Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base
- Coordinate with support partners to educate and excite customers about innovative business solutions
- Proactively establish, build, and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Effectively present and create multi‑product solution opportunities
- Demonstrate knowledge of wireless and mobility products and integrated software solutions (Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, Google platforms)
- Track and report progress using sales force automation tools
Travel required throughout the Olympic Peninsula, including Silverdale and Bremerton, Washington; majority of time in the field.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience (or equivalent)
- Four or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of time within assigned geographic territory
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications/college courses
- Two or more years of B2B or outside sales experience, including business acquisition and prospecting/cold calling
- Experience in technology/SaaS sales, CRM, Sales Force, social media, etc.
- Strong presentation skills in face‑to‑face and virtual environments
- Experience building and maintaining business relationships with all levels of client organizations
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and implement feedback to achieve goals
Base pay plus target individual‑based commission (unlimited earning potential); compensation varies by geography, performance, and experience.
