Part Time Sales Lead

Role Overview

The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in Pandora’s culture and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting managers and sales associates to drive in‑store success.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated care in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
• Business acumen coupled with analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Mastery of time management, setting priorities, and delegating tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of eligibility to work.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds.
• Competitive compensation, including base pay, bonuses, and a 401(k) plan.

Salary: $17.45 – $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience. Base pay plus bonus potential and 401(k) plan.
