Bath Center is hiring experienced In Home Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in bath remodeling.

We provide the appointments. You close the sale.

Through our exclusive partnership with Home Depot
, our sales team receives qualified remodeling appointments. There is no cold calling, door knocking, or required self generated prospecting.

• $100,000–$200,000+ earning potential
• 10% commission on every sale
• Approximately $19,000 average project size
• Approximately 2 qualified appointments per day, Monday–Friday
• Approximately 1 additional appointment every other Saturday
• Uncapped commissions
• Paid training

$4,700 Sign On Bonus

Experienced sales professionals with a demonstrable history of high close rates may qualify.

• $2,350 after successful completion of training

Meet with homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, present remodeling solutions, handle objections, and close the sale.

Appointments typically last 90–180 minutes
, with a sales process designed to close during the initial appointment.

We are particularly interested in proven sales professionals from:

Bath remodeling experience is not required
. A proven ability to build rapport, present value, overcome objections, and close high ticket sales is what matters.

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Monday–Friday
, approximately 2 appointments per day, plus approximately 1 appointment every other Saturday. Some evening and weekend appointments may be required.

Appointments are generally scheduled within approximately 75 minutes of your home
