Work Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $55.95/hour

Responsibilities- Install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Utilize wire diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and drawings to perform repairs and maintenance.
- Install and program thermostats.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and chassis parts.
- Connect motors, compressors, temperature controls, and circulating ventilation fans to control panels and power sources.
- Communicate directly with the customer, informing them of unexpected or additional repairs and determining their needs.
- Make difficult diagnoses and suggest solutions and repairs to customers.
- Communicate with scheduler to update status of repairs and estimate completion dates.
- 0–3 years in HVAC.
- VAC and/or EPA Certification required.
- At least civilian or military trade school training or equivalent.
- Washington State EL‑06A electrical license.

- Lift or move up to 70 pounds.
- Reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
- Repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking; standing or sitting for several hours; climbing in and out of a vehicle; up and down stairs may also be required.
- Perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.
- A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
