Schedule:
Full-time. Compensation: $55.60 per hour.

- Assist with the maintenance, installation, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems.
- Clear blockages and maintain drain lines, floor drains, vents, and storm drainage systems.
- Repair or replace faucets, joints, valves, pumps, and plumbing fixtures to ensure efficient system operation.
- Install and service domestic, industrial, and commercial plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, heaters, and disposals.
- Support preventive maintenance, inspections, and fire protection system component repairs.
- Read and follow technical manuals, schematics, and work plans to perform accurate diagnostics and repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records, generate parts requests, and use handheld devices for documentation.
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years in plumbing or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Journeyman Plumber card required.
- Certified per UG-2029-ENV for backflow prev enters and hold a Backflow Assembly Tester (BAT) certificate for Washington state.
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds, reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motion for extended periods.
- Valid state driver’s license; compliance with REAL federal installation access.
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances; background check and E-Verify required.
A valid state driver’s license with coverage by Tessera’s insurance is required. Real is necessary for access to federal installations. Security clearance may be required. Background check and E-Verify will be conducted.
