Position
Truck Driver – Delivery & Warehouse
SummaryThis role involves operating a delivery truck, managing customer deliveries, handling warehouse duties including receiving, staging, and stocking material, and supporting fleet operations on a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule.
Compensation- Starting pay: $30 per hour, may be higher based on experience.
- Pay range: $22.14 – $35.37 per hour (subject to local and state wage requirements).
- Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
Monday through Friday, 7:00AM – 4:00PM with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities- Deliver materials to customers, using pallet jack and two‑wheel dolly to load/unload and ensuring delivery tickets are completed.
- Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests.
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and fuel the truck as needed.
- Report any problems or issues to supervisor.
- Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety harnesses (max 400lbs).
- Hold a valid CDLA license.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Maintain qualifications for CDL requirements and follow all DOT standards and regulations.
- Hold a valid DOT Medical card.
- Be able to lift items that weigh over 50lbs.
- Possess background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery).
- Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach.
- Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.
