Location: Silverdale, Washington (Bangor)

Type: Non‑Exempt;
Schedule: Full‑time;
Compensation: $30.92/hr.

• Operate buses on assigned routes transporting trainees, government, and military personnel.
• Drive between loading areas and training sites, job sites, or other destinations per schedule.
• Provide courteous service and assist passengers, including disabled passengers, as needed.
• Perform light vehicle maintenance, cargo delivery, preventive maintenance, and vehicle cleaning.
• Ensure vehicle is fully operational before each shift and maintain accurate trip logs.
• Operate other vehicles and equipment as required.
• Perform vehicle licensing examiner functions when required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of vehicle operations experience.
• CDL A or B with passenger endorsement required.
• Valid US Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s Identification Card.
• Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Card) or ability to obtain before hire.

• Lift and/or move up to 70 pounds with or without assistance.
• Stand, sit, kneel, reach, walk and use repetitive motion for extended periods.
• Climb in and out of vehicle and use stairs.
• Work under pressure for extended periods.

• Valid state driver’s license; must obtain and maintain Tessera insurance coverage.
• REAL‑ driver’s license, U.S. passport or military  for federal installation access.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
• Background check and E‑Verify required.
