We’re Hiring — Front Office Operations & Client Service Manager
Roberts, Ring & Fischer Wealth Management is looking for an experienced Front Office Operations & Client Service Manager to join our close-knit team. This role is highly interactive — serving as a key liaison between advisors, administrative staff, and clients — and ensures requests move smoothly from intake to completion with accuracy, professionalism, and timely follow-through. While our receptionist handles initial greetings and phone coverage, this role takes ownership of tasks, delegates appropriately, and ensures workflows run efficiently .

What You’ll Do- Lead front office operations and ensure seamless workflow across teams
- Communicate confidently with clients and advisors, resolving issues with professionalism
- Manage administrative pipelines and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Train and support front desk & administrative staff
- Assist with client events, community engagement, and light marketing work
- 2–3+ years in client-facing administrative or office management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent communicator who enjoys teamwork
- Series 7, Series 63, or insurance licenses are a plus but not required
