Part-Time Teller Specialist - Silverton Branch

Overview

Maps Credit Union seeks a part-time Teller Specialist for the Silverton Branch. This position offers 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be friendly, collaborative, and a great communicator with a focus on customer service and helping members succeed financially.

As a Teller Specialist, you will be valued for:

• Engaging with members in a professional and positive manner.
• Providing excellent customer service while processing account services for members.
• Enhancing member relationships by assessing needs and recommending products and services.
• Achieving personal and branch monthly goals.
• Maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, checks, and money orders within policy limits.
• Following regulatory, policy, and security procedures.

Training is provided in-house by the Learning & Development team, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities for additional industry-related classes.

Qualifications

• Highest level of ethical behavior and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience and 1 year of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Must be bondable.

Starting wage: $19.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn monthly incentives.

Schedule: 20 hours per week. Must be available for four rotating days during the week for 5-hour shifts, including rotating Saturdays from 9:30am–2:30pm.
