Client Service Specialist – Part Time - Float Willamette Valley Bank is looking for a warm, engaging Client Service Specialist who enjoys building genuine connections with customers, community members, and teammates. This part-time role offers variety and flexibility, as it will float between our branches throughout the beautiful Willamette Valley.

Some of the

Key Responsibilities Include Handles basic account inquiries on phone and in person for existing and prospective customers

Assists customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and wire transfers

Works as part of a team to create exceptional and personalized customer experiences

Displays commitment to financial success of customer and WVBK through diligence and adherence to safety protocols including confidentiality, regulatory compliance and fraud prevention

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to adapt quickly to different team environments and operational procedures

Prior cash handling experience is preferred

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking, retail or service industries

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Strong desire to educate and influence customer use of technology and bank products

Ability to always display professional demeanor

Comfortable traveling between branches in the Willamette Valley; reliable transportation is essential

Critical thinking and problem resolution skills are required

Strong communication skills
