Seasonal Admissions - Silverton Christmas Market

We’re hiring Seasonal Admissions Staff to join the Silverton Christmas Market team! This festive event runs from November 20 – December 31 and features more than 2 million lights, vendors, food, attractions, and holiday fun.

Admissions is one of the first points of contact for guests arriving at the Christmas Market. We’re looking for outgoing, friendly team members who enjoy interacting with people and can help guests start their visit with a positive experience.

• Welcome guests as they arrive at the Silverton Christmas Market
• Scan presale tickets and assist with guest entry
• Sell tickets at the entrance using a POS system
• Answer questions about the event, attractions, amenities, and property
• Provide directions and help guests find what they’re looking for
• Assist with lines and guest flow during busy arrival periods
• Help keep the entrance area organized and welcoming
• Provide friendly and helpful service in a fast-paced event environment

• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with a high volume of guests
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing and able to learn information about the Christmas Market so you can confidently answer guest questions
• Comfortable using technology, including handheld ticket scanners and POS systems
• Able to remain friendly and composed during busy arrival periods
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to work outdoors in cold, rainy, and changing winter weather
• Available to work evening shifts, typically around 4:30–9:15 PM. Shift times vary by position and event needs.
