We’re hiring Seasonal Ticket Booth Staff to join the Silverton Christmas Market team! This festive event runs from November 20 – December 31 and features more than 2 million lights, vendors, food, attractions, and holiday fun.
Ticket Booth Staff work at our Tubing Hill, Ice Rink, and Train attractions and may rotate between locations based on the needs of the event. This is a guest-facing position for people who are friendly, organized, and comfortable using technology in a busy environment.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS- Sell and scan attraction tickets using handheld technology
- Check guest waivers when required
- Answer questions and provide basic information about attractions
- Help manage lines and keep ticket booth areas organized
- Rotate between attraction ticket booths as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient service during busy periods
- Work closely with attraction staff to help keep guest flow moving smoothly
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages
- Comfortable using handheld technology and POS systems
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately check tickets and waiver requirements
- Able to communicate instructions clearly and professionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing lines of waiting guests
- Flexible and willing to work at different attraction ticket booths as needed
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to work outdoors in cold, rainy, and changing winter weather
- Available to work evening shifts, typically around 4:30–9:15 PM. Shift times vary by position and event needs.
