Instructional Assistant I - ELL - 4 hrs. per day!

Silver Falls School District, Silverton Middle School, Silverton, Oregon.

Silverton Middle School is seeking an Instructional Assistant to work in our ELL program.

Instructional Assistants work with students individually or in small or large groups, and perform a variety of tasks that provide support to a licensed teacher in the delivery of instructional programs.

Requirements:
The best candidate for this role will be bilingual and have the ability to work harmoniously with others and to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.

This position is part‑time (4 hours per day) and does require flexibility in working with different students throughout the day.

Pay ranges from $17.53 to $22.45 per hour (Column F of the Classified Wage Schedule for 2025‑26) but candidates who complete the District‑administered language testing receive a 5% differential.
