Legacy Health seeks Clinical Social Workers to provide holistic, patient-centered care for adult and pediatric patients across the care continuum. You will assess psychosocial needs, support transition planning, crisis intervention, and coordinate services with internal and external partners.
Two levels exist: CSW I (CSWA license in OR) and CSW II (LCSW license). We value collaboration, advocacy for vulnerable populations, and adherence to regulatory standards in a dynamic healthcare environment.
