Description
Silverton Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care and oversee resident well-being in our long-term care setting.
What You’ll Do- Provide and coordinate exceptional resident care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Develop and document individualized care plans
- Communicate with physicians and resident families
- Supervise staff and respond to medical emergencies
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines
- Active RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to resident rights, confidentiality, and quality care
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Requirements QualificationsGraduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Licenses/CertificationCurrent RN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
ExperienceSix months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
