We're looking for a Preventive Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Oregon Garden Resort. This position focuses primarily on preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and property improvement projects, while also supporting the day-to-day maintenance operation through scheduled maintenance shifts, responding to guest requests, and facility repairs.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance throughout the resort.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Complete repair and improvement projects to maintain and enhance the property.
• Work scheduled maintenance shifts, responding to guest requests, and facility repairs.
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain maintenance records.
• Assist with equipment installations and facility upgrades.
• Identify and correct potential safety hazards while following all safety procedures.
• Communicate with team members using handheld radios and Google Chat.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous maintenance experience in hospitality, commercial buildings, apartments, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency call‑ins as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
