Demolition Laborers / Construction Worker
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Demolition Laborers / Construction Workers for projects located in or around Silverton, OR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25–$30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform interior and general demolition work
- Remove walls, fixtures, flooring, ceilings, and other existing materials as directed
- Load, move, and dispose of demolition debris
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with site cleanup and material removal
- Protect areas of the building that are to remain
- Follow all job-site safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements:
- Previous demolition or construction experience preferred
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to the Silverton job-site
- Proper work boots and standard PPE
- Dependable and able to work as part of a crew
