Job Description

Multiple Openings! In this position you will be requesting documents, assisting with document processing and review. Sorting documents, scan, upload, data entry into system. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced office and be very detailed oriented. Place outbound calls to contact customers regarding any paperwork needed for their file, updates, etc.

• Outbound calls to request documents
• Great attention to detail, there is a lot of organization needed
• Scan, upload file electronically into database
• Alphabetic filing
• Ability to lift 20 pounds while with Barrington, possibly 25 lbs. when you go direct with the client..
• Data entry and input
• Process documents using Docu Sign
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
• Google Docs, Sheets and Gmail
• Strong and accurate typing speed 35+
• Salary: $22 per hour

• Pass Live Scan upon job offer and employment is contingent on passing it.
• College degree a plus but not required.. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Temp to Hire positions - Client offers benefits once hired onto their payroll, Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement. Certain paid federal holidays.
• Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm with a half hour lunch.
