Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support our Workers’ Compensation office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with confidential information. Strong performance may lead to a full‑time position in the future.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter and update data into internal systems
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry or office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, excel and data entry software)
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Workers’ Compensation is a plus, but not required
Part‑time hours – In office Wednesday and Thursday
Opportunity to transition to full‑time based on performance and business needs
CompensationCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience)
