Method M Wealth, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our growing, client-centered team. We are dedicated to delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services with professionalism, precision, and care.

Job PurposeThe Client Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting both the service and planning functions of the practice. This individual manages scheduling, assists with client meeting preparation, processes applications, maintains client records, and provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure seamless client interactions.
We are seeking a candidate with a growth mindset, strong attention to detail, and a sincere interest in building a career within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client appointment scheduling and advisor calendar coordination
- Provide professional and welcoming experience for clients visiting the office
- Prepare and process client applications through completion
- Update and maintain accurate client records (address changes, beneficiary updates, contact information, etc.)
- Assist in preparing financial planning materials, including presentation decks and recommendation summaries
- Support client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain CRM systems with accuracy and consistency
- Perform general administrative tasks (filing, mailing, document preparation, scanning, etc.)
- Collaborate on special projects to improve client service processes and workflow efficiency
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Financial services experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Technologically adaptable and comfortable learning new systems
- Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- Flexible scheduling available
- Open to both full-time and part-time candidates
- In-office position
- Hourly compensation: $18–$26+ per hour (based on experience)
