Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic and supportive team? Swink's Welding Inc., located at 2054 Tapo St., Simi Valley, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Accounting & Operations Coordinator. In this essential role, you will work directly with our CEO, project managers, and external partners to ensure the seamless operation of our daily functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Project & Job Setup: Organize and maintain project documents, assist in contract creation, and support project managers.
- Accounting Coordination: Manage vendor communications, enter data into Quick Books, and assist with invoicing tasks.
- HR Support: Oversee compliance paperwork, assist with payroll coordination, and maintain employee records.
- Mail & Banking: Efficiently handle mail distribution and banking tasks, including the use of personal transportation for errands.
- Office Organization: Ensure a well-organized workspace and manage office supplies.
- CEO Support: Provide direct support to the CEO by managing calendars, data, and spreadsheets.
- Experience: Prior administrative experience is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Quick Books is highly desirable.
- Independence: Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
