9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (3–5 weeks)
Regular Schedule After Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a stable weekday schedule and the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

• Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries
• Resolve customer concerns and issues with a positive approach
• Process product samples and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up as needed

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with basic computer applications and email
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
