Ensure all crew members wow the customer through personal contact and provide fast, friendly checkout experiences;
Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and maintain customer service score goals;
Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals and oversee front-end operations;
Ensure front-end merchandising meets brand standards and that front-end equipment is functioning; train associates accordingly;
Manage opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, stock recovery, and general readiness for customers
