, is growing and seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive our award-winning service department forward.

• Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians.
• Accurately write repair orders and explain service recommendations.
• Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance - and sell with integrity.
• Provide timely updates to customers on service status.
• Follow up with appointment reminders and post-service communication.
• Maintain high Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scores.

• Experience as a Service Advisor/ Writer (required).
• Strong automotive knowledge and a passion for customer care.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CDK software (preferred).
• Professional appearance, work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving and background record.
• At least 3 years of stable work history in a customer-facing role.
