With views all the way to the Pacific Ocean and an hour from Los Angeles International Airport, RRPFI’s Simi Valley campus sits on 400 acres atop a hill, serves as the final resting place of America’s 40th President and former First Lady Nancy Reagan, displays a chunk of the Berlin Wall, and houses (among other remarkable displayed hardware) the plane President Reagan flew on as Air Force One to 26 countries.

The Reagan Leadership Center Manager and Lead Teacher, a full-time position, will serve as the day-to-day manager and instructional leader of the Reagan Leadership Center (RLC). This position is responsible for all operations related to the Center’s work and for ensuring that RLC programs consistently reflect high-quality teaching, facilitation, student engagement, and educational practice. The position requires strong organizational, management, instructional leadership, facilitation, decision-making, coaching, and team-building skills necessary to lead and develop the RLC staff.

The Manager and Lead Teacher will model effective instruction, observe and coach RLC educators, lead professional learning, and support continuous improvement across all student and adult learning experiences. The position will also support all aspects of the digital transformation related to the RLC, including simulations, leadership programs, and related educational experiences. This position will report to the Director of Education Programming.
