Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate full‑time Auto Repair Service Coordinator to join our team in Simi Valley, CA with competitive pay of $22–$28 per hour.

- Assess customers' vehicle needs, provide recommendations, and schedule appointments.
- Communicate with customers in person or over the phone, guiding them through the repair process and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in service coordination.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great phone skills
- Knowledge of multiple tire brands (training provided)
- Experience in tire and auto repair stores is a plus
- Knowledge of Identifix and other similar software helpful
- Industry certifications are a plus
