Kajabi Design Consultant

We’re partnering with a leading haircare product to find a talented Kajabi Design and UX Consultant
.

This contract role is ideal for someone with a strong background in UX design and Kajabi management. The position is remote within the region, supporting a short-term initiative focused on enhancing the user experience and backend setup of an existing Kajabi site. The engagement involves both advising on best practices and executing improvements, partnering closely with an internal Creative Director to ensure long-term internal ownership.

• Assess the current state of the Kajabi platform, including design, UX, and backend configuration.
• Recommend usability enhancements and best practices to optimize user flow and site performance.
• Implement approved design and backend updates directly within Kajabi.
• Develop guidance, documentation, or SOPs to enable internal staff to manage future updates independently.
• Provide troubleshooting support for light production issues as needed.

• Over 4 years of hands‑on experience with Kajabi, including design and backend management.
• More than 6 years of experience in design and user experience fields.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and user‑centered design strategies.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite to support design tasks and troubleshooting.
• Experience advising on platform best practices and clearly communicating recommendations.
• Ability to work independently within a condensed, high‑impact project timeline.
