AV is seeking a Director of Global IT Support to lead enterprise-wide end-user support for approximately 5,000 employees across multiple locations. You will shape strategy, drive automation, and scale the service desk, endpoint support, IAM, and onboarding/offboarding, reporting to the VP of IT.
You will guide a high-performance culture, partner with HR, Facilities, Security, and business leadership, and ensure IT services meet user and business needs with governance and transparency.
