Johnson Service Group an award-winning staffing company is looking for a Mechanical Assembler for Temp-Direct job for a Motors company in Simi Valley, CA. Must have strong IPC
610 Soldering and Certificate.

Pay Rate: $28.00 HR

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This role involves the assembly of stator motors, cabling harnesses, and other related components. The ideal candidate will have experience working with microscopes, soldering techniques, and a strong understanding of mechanical assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test stator motors, ensuring all components meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Work with cabling harnesses to connect various electrical components, following wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Use a microscope for inspecting and assembling small, intricate parts, ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
• Perform soldering of electronic components to create secure, long-lasting connections.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to quality control protocols and document assembly processes as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, especially with stator motors and cabling harnesses.
• Proficiency in using a microscope for precision work.
• Strong skills in soldering and working with electronic components.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex assembly instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards related to mechanical assembly and electronics.
