Job Overview

Work model:
Hybrid – onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday) with up to 2 remote days, including Friday.

Pay: $25/hr to $35/hr DOE. Pay range and compensation are considered along with role responsibilities, experience, skills and education.

Brief description:
Coordinates the processing of released jobs through multiple shop‑floor and outside service processing (OSP) operations. Interacts closely with Planning, OSP, Manufacturing, Assembly and Quality to prioritize and expedite parts to meet on‑time schedule goals.

Responsibilities
  • Process jobs through work cells and outside operations to meet on‑time schedule goals.
  • Address problems or bottlenecks delaying critical jobs.
  • Act as liaison between Planning, OSP, Manufacturing, Quality and Assembly to communicate scheduling delays and issues.
  • Escalate issues preventing jobs from completing on time.
  • Status jobs and maintain an updated list of remaining operations for all released jobs.
  • Prioritize jobs into workstations per planning codes, management direction and customer priority ranking.
  • Daily track progress on critical jobs and update completion dates on job packages.
  • Provide daily updates for GEMBA board information.
  • Expedite movement of material between areas as required.
Desired Experience, Capabilities and Success Factors
  • Entry‑level knowledge of manufacturing processes, operations, planning and scheduling.
  • Ability to deal constructively with all levels and types of personnel.
  • Good speaking, reading and writing skills.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve problems using verbal input, system input, process knowledge and common sense.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and routers.
  • Basic arithmetic skills (count, add, subtract, multiply and divide).
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Business Central (NAV), SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems, specifically on materials master, routing, bill‑of‑materials and planning modules.
