Become a Key Player as a Test Technician

You will help ensure electro and electromechanical parts meet specifications by performing routine and diagnostic testing that supports production and engineering. You will work onsite on a first shift schedule (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM), collaborating with production and engineering stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely results.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical tests on small parts and components per written instructions and procedures
  • Review route cards or schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operation
  • Set up and use test equipment (oscilloscopes, DVM, signal generators, power meters, network and spectrum analyzers, frequency counters) to verify circuitry and component effectiveness
  • Troubleshoot circuits and components to the micro component level and perform failure analysis
  • Provide detailed written failure descriptions and root cause analysis to production and engineering
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow company safety rules
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work variable schedules or additional hours as necessary
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Strong electrical background with understanding of microelectronics
  • Strong knowledge in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies
  • Good reading comprehension, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows software applications
Pay Range

$19.39 - $24.24/hour
