Overview

Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele) needed for a travel assignment in Simi Valley, California. The position starts on 06/22/2026 for 13 weeks, with a 36-hour work week comprised of three 12-hour night shifts. Compensation ranges from $1,783 to $1,934 per week. Responsibilities
  • Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
  • Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments per orders, monitor patient status, and document accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to develop and adjust care plans; contribute to discharge planning.
  • Provide patient and family education, support, and continuity of care through transitions.
Requirements
  • Active RN license (state-specific licensure suitable for California assignment) or equivalent eligibility.
  • Minimum 1 year of RN clinical experience in an acute care or telemetry setting; telemetry familiarity preferred.
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain flexibility with a 36-hour work week.
  • Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills; capable of working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain per employer requirements; commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to travel to the assignment location.
