• Setting: ICU-level care in an inpatient clinical environment

• Provide coordinated nursing care for ICU patients or an assigned group of patients following established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision‑making in daily patient care.
• Document patient assessments, plans, progress, and outcomes; communicate changes to the care team.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and infection control practices; ensure regulatory compliance and quality metrics are met.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and transitions of care.

• Active RN license in California
• ICU nursing experience
• Ability to work nights; 3x12‑hour shifts
• Willingness to participate in a 13‑week travel assignment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inpatient critical care environment

• Assignment‑specific travel support and onboarding assistance
• Credentialing support to facilitate rapid start
• Ongoing recruiter and on‑assignment support to address needs during the contract
• Access to resources for day‑to‑day travel logistics and assignment logistics
