Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ICU RN patient care in fast-paced, growth-focused setting.
  • Monitor and document patient status; communicate changes to the care team.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Identify and promptly escalate critical changes in patient condition.
  • Adhere to evidence-based protocols; ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven performance and outcome tracking.
  • Manage workload efficiently to meet target benchmarks and pipeline expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for billing, compliance, and quality metrics.
  • Participate in on-site training and professional development opportunities.
  • Educate patients and families on ICU processes, care plans, and discharge expectations.
  • Contribute to a high-visibility work environment by reporting progress and outcomes.
  • Support on-site quality improvement projects and risk reduction initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Licensed RN with current ICU or critical care certification.
  • BLS and ACLS certification with ability to perform rapid response.
  • Experience in critical care patient assessment and documentation in EMR.
  • Strong communication to elevate changes and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to meet tight patient throughput and pipeline benchmarks.
  • Proficiency with evidence-based ICU protocols and safety standards.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking outcomes and quality metrics.
  • On-site training participation and ongoing professional development commitment.
  • Patient and family education skills regarding ICU care plans and discharge.
  • Ability to contribute to quality improvement and risk reduction projects.
