Travel Nurse RN – Wound Care

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN in Wound Care for a 13-week assignment in Simi Valley, California.

A Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) position in a specialized acute care setting. The RN will provide care to medically complex patients, serving as a resource for wound, ostomy, and continence management and collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective patient care.

• Conduct patient rounds on wounds and pressure injuries
• Provide consultation on wound management and continence care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Relevant clinical nursing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Wound care certification (preferred) with a goal to achieve within a specified timeframe
