• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision‑making to maintain high‑quality patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses, documenting outcomes according to policy.
• Uphold patient safety, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts.
• Support discharge planning and patient/family education as appropriate.

• Active RN license in California
• Current BLS certification
• ER nursing experience preferred
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (ASRN/BSN acceptable)
• Ability to work nights and the 3x12 schedule in a fast‑paced ER setting
